I BOUGHT SOMETHING FROM THE WEBSITE AND I WANT TO SEND IT BACK

If you are unhappy with your purchase of your flowers we will gladly accept the item back for the purchase price minus the shipping costs.  However this return only applies to products that not custom designed, custom colored, or custom dyed flowers

You must return the item within 7 days of your receiving the product.

The flowers must be in its original shipped condition.

The item must be shipped back to us at your expense and the package must be securely wrapped.

For returns sent back to us after 7 days

Store credit will be offered less a 25% restocking fee, this does not include custom designed, custom colored, or custom dyed.

All sample bouquets are a final sale and are non-refundable.

I NEED A RETURN SHIPPING LABEL

We do not offer return shipping labels.  Any returns must be shipped back at your expense.

 

I HAD A CUSTOM BOUQUET MADE AND I WANT TO SEND IT BACK

First, we recommend all customers wishing a custom designed or custom colored bouquet to get a sample or pre-approval photo before ordering to ensure the colors are correct and what you want before ordering.

If you have had your wedding flowers custom made, custom colored or custom dyed, to meet your specifications, we are unable to offer a full refund on these products.

Custom products made just for you, can only be exchanged for a store credit less a 35% restocking fee within 7 days.

After the 7 days we no longer can exchange or offer a credit for your items.

I JUST GOT MY FLOWERS, AND MY WEDDING IS IN 3 DAYS Ė BUT I DONíT LIKE THEM

Unfortunately, if you use the flowers in your wedding, we can not accept the flowers back.

We will accept no returns after the date of your wedding

 

FUTUREPAY RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Any order that was placed with FuturePay will incur a 15% cancellation fee
