What is the Flower Color?  Accent Color?  Ribbon Color?

When placing an order the shopping cart is going to ask you for the flower color, accent color and ribbon color.  Flower color is the main flower color, accent color is the secondary color.  The shopping cart system that we have unfortunately does not allow for more options and some of the bouquets have more colors?  So what do you do?

On each item you will also see a box that says "Any additional color information" you can type as much information in that box as you want.  So, for example, if you want a bouquet that has 6 different colors - you can type "I want the roses red, the calla lilies white, the small blue flowers I want them pink instead and leave the rest as it is"

Last Years Biggest Problem

Last year the largest problem that we ran into was one that we have not experienced before and are really unsure how to handle.  So we need your help.

Last year, we received orders over a year for numerous different items.  For example the orders we received were as follows:

Susan Smith - 10 Corsages - February

Jane Smith - 1 Bridesmaids Bouquet - March

Jane Smith - 1 Mothers Corsage - April

Jack Adams - 1 Bridesmaids Bouquet - June

Susan Smith - 1 Corsage - June

Susan Smith - 1 Bridesmaid Bouquet - August

John Smith - 1 Bridal Bouquet - November

All of these bouquets and corsages were for the same wedding?? 

Unfortunately because the flowers were ordered by different people, at different times the flowers that they received were not identical.  Different designers made each of the bouquets, so what happens is that the bows look different, the handles are differently tied, the flowers are placed differently, the length of the ribbon streamers is different, etc.

To help us combat this problem - please order all the bridesmaids bouquets and brides bouquet at the same time.  If you order everything you need at the same time - they are made by the same person and therefore everything will match and look identical.  Ordering several items over several months is too difficult for us to keep track of and therefore will be different.   

How do I use the Shopping Basket?

If you are interested in purchasing an item - press the "Buy Now" button for that product.  

If you need more than 1 of the item - (for instance 4 corsages) - add each item to your shopping cart individually, or change the amount on the right hand side of the screen.

If you have trouble with the flower color - please type the instructions into the box provided for each item.

How to Place an Order for Something Different?

You can still place an order through our e-mail below - stipulate what you are looking for - what colors - and we will send you a quote for the entire order.

Please note:  if you have a picture that you love but we do not have it here - please e-mail the picture to us and we will give you a quote on those flowers.

What is your Return Policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase of our products we will gladly accept the item back for the purchase price minus the shipping costs.   You must return the item within 5 days of your receiving the product.  A 25% re-stocking fee is accessed to all returns.  The flowers must be in its original shipped condition. The item must be shipped back to us at your expense and the package must be securely wrapped.

Custom made veils that have been custom made to your specifications are final sales and can not be returned. 

We will accept no returns after the date of your wedding!

We offer 4 types of shipping:

REGULAR SHIPPING - (3 - 4 WEEKS) - $8.00

QUICK SHIPPING (10 - 15 Business Days) - $40.00

EXPRESS ( 7-10 Business days) - $60.00

SUPER EXPRESS ( 3 - 5 business days) - $85.00

We hope that you do not wait until the last minute to order your flowers.  But if you do - please remember - everything we make is custom made to your specifications - custom made items take time.

Are your flowers Silk or Fresh?

All of our flowers are silk.  We do not sell fresh flowers as we have found them too difficult to ship.

I want this bouquet - but I don't want the pink roses I want them red instead?

All of our flowers are custom made - you can order your bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, etc however you like.  If the designers believe that the choices that you have made will not look good, they will contact you.

I have no idea what I want?

Wonderful, that is why we have created a very large website, with hundreds of pictures for you to choose from.  If you are still confused - you can email one of our designers and they will be happy to assist you.
